Short Update.

Here are a few pictures of our vegetable garden. We had to plant them in pots and keep them inside because of the weather. As it turns out, I don't have a black thumb! I made something grow!!

Anyway, here they are:

FINALLY! I started my garden! I told TJ, "All I want for Christmas is a vegetable garden." Well, he got me a little more than that, but we finally started the garden. Right now we're using an indoor "greenhouse" to start the seeds out in. We planted them 5 days ago and they are sprouting and growing like crazy! Here are a few pictures!

Wow. It's 2009 already! I can't believe it, but it's here. TJ and I have had such a good and BUSY 2008, it is going to be hard to remember all the good stuff. Let's give it a shot, shall we.

-TJ and I decided to get out of the Coast Guard Active Duty and go Reserve.
-TJ and I became an Uncle and an Aunt! Our beautiful neice, Hailey, was born in June.
-I graduated with my Associates Degree! Woo hoo!
-TJ enrolled in his first semester of college!
-TJ and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary in September and our 7th anniversary together in October!
-TJ and I were able spend a lot of time with our family this whole year after being away for 2 years.

Phew.. we had a really busy and blessed year! We are definitley looking forward to making 2009 just as good, if not better.

TJ and I both made New Year's Resolutions to get healthy together. Eating better and excercising more regularly. We even started my vegetable garden!! We'll be growing everything from peppers to parsley! I can't wait!
